Lower Cretaceous (Aptian)
Asset of Cultural Interest, Historical Site

This site is made up of a group of outcroppings which include more than 3,000 tracks; it is one of the largest and most extensive sites in the world. Around 350 trails have been counted and, among the ample variety of tracks, some ornithopods stand out which have given rise to the ichnotaxon called Hadrosaurichnoides igeensis. There are also different types of theropod tracks, which show gregariousness in small carnivores, and Brontopodus sauropods.
